Baum Hedlund Aristei & Goldman and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., chairman of Children’s Health Defense, filed their 26th lawsuit against Merck — this one on behalf of Victoria Trevisan who was 13 when she was injured — alleging the drug maker fraudulently concealed the risks of its Gardasil human papillomavirus vaccine.
