What Is the Brunson Case and Why Is It Important?

Brunson v. Alma S. Adams: et al.,

(Biden, Harris, Pence & 385 Members of Congress)

Currently, there are two lawsuits identical to each other.  The first One, filed by Loy Brunson is still held up in the Utah Federal Court. The second one, filed by Raland J. Brunson has made it to the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS), DOCKET #22-380, where 9 Justices in conference will vote (only 4 needed) to move to hearing.

Both lawsuits include defendants President Biden, Harris, former Vice-President Pence and 385 members of congress for breaking their oath of office by voting AGAINST the proposition (that came from members of congress) to investigate the claims that there were enemies of the constitution who successfully rigged the election.

“I solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic…”

How can you support, and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign, and domestic? Answer: You investigate. If there are claims that there is a threat, even if you don’t believe there is a threat, you investigate. How else can you determine if there is a threat unless you investigate? You can’t. Were there claims of a threat to the Constitution? Yes. Where did these serious claims come from? 100 members of Congress. What was the threat? That there were enemies of the Constitution who successfully rigged the 2020 election. Is this lawsuit about a rigged election? No, it’s about the members of Congress who voted AGAINST the investigation thereby thwarting the investigation. Was this a clear violation of their oath? YES.

That defendants be permanently removed from office, and not allowed to hold a public office again.

Loy, Raland, Deron and Gaynor Brunson (the brothers) witnessed the 2020 election along with claims from members of congress that the election was rigged. What got their attention was when the proposition to investigate those claims was presented to Congress and put to a vote. What came as a shock to the four brothers is when they discovered that 387 members of Congress, along with VP Mike Pence, actually voted against the proposed investigation, thus thwarting the investigation. Whether the election was rigged or not was no longer their main concern. What now became the concern was when those members of Congress violated their sworn oath by voting to thwart the investigation.  The brothers wanted to do something about this.

The Brunson Charge

Be Heard, Not Herded (Part 2)

Praying Mantis  Dec 24

The Brunson v Adams et al letter writing campaign is well underway. So far, they have received approximately 50K letters which is a great accomplishment and a wonderful start but not nearly enough.

80 million+ Trump voters were disenfranchised when Congress omitted to investigate the highly credible evidence of election malfeasance information. Two million citizens showed up on January 6th, 2021, peacefully requesting verification before certification. All have been relegated to the voiceless and unheard until this moment. At a minimum, everyone who was in DC on that bleary day should write a letter.

In a series of events evidencing divine intervention, Brunson v. Adams is now docketed in the highest court in the land.

Will SCOTUS review and give relief to the plaintiff – and by extension, those who feel this is a Manchurian administration? A trillion-dollar omnibus bill that does nothing to secure our border, decadent spending while inflation is ballooning, continued media censuring of any administration agenda opposition, experimental gene therapies on the healthy and young. Countless billions to Ukraine, crypto scandals used to finance the DNC … the list of grievances suffered by the common and ordinary citizens grows longer and the sense of utter frustration weighs heavily upon us. The United States is on its way to becoming Venezuela on steroids.

While individual actions might create a ripple, the collective response of the many can turn the tide. Hence the BRUNSON CHARGE an initiative that we hope you will embrace. Here is what you can do:

1)          Write and mail a letter to the SCOTUS. Pray over your letter.

Supreme Court of the United States, 1 First Street NE, Washington, DC 20543

2)    Send a copy to the Brunson Brothers with $1.00 (the $ is our idea as a token of appreciation for doing the heavy lifting). Loy & Raland Brunson, 4287 South Harrison Blvd, PO #132. Ogden, Utah 84403

3)    Take a photo of your letters and post to social media using the following hashtags: #BrunsonCharge #BeHeard #StandWithSCOTUS #TruthTRUMPets
